As the in-house management consultancy of Maersk, our mission is to support Maersk on its journey to become the Global Integrator of Container Logistics. We do this by developing cutting-edge strategies, creating industry-defining transformation programmes and supporting the growth of exceptional people to become future leaders in Maersk.
In this session, we would like to introduce you to Maersk Management Consulting and have an interactive session on Problem Solving in Consulting. Afterwards, we will have an informal dinner on campus.

- 17:10-17:50: Interactive training of Consulting problem-solving tools
- 17.50-18.00: Break
- 18:00-18:10: Mini-case introduction and clarifying questions
- 18.10-18:40: Group work on the mini-case
- 18:40-18:45: Break
- 18:45-19.30: Case presentations and feedback
