What: Immerse yourself in the intricate world of M&A and Post-Merger Integration (PMI). Join experts from a leading consulting firm, and finance partners from Europe’s most valuable company, to explore the art of M&A, and how successful PMI is crucial to the value realization in M&A transactions.
This workshop is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in dealing with the complexities of M&A and PMI, offering you practical insights into the strategies and tools used by professionals to navigate the challenges of assessing acquisition opportunities and integrating companies after a merger or acquisition.
You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to two interesting case studies, engage in interactive sessions with seasoned professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the important roles each company possess in ensuring smooth transitions.
