In collaboration with FIH Partners, FACCA invites you and your team behind the scenes of corporate finance!
FIH Partners have advised on more than 85 divestments since 2006, undisputedly making them the market leader in Danish sell-side M&A advisory services. Their work includes the divestment of Flying Tiger, Danske Commodities, Silvan, Lagkagehuset among many others.
This event is a unique opportunity for you to learn and work with the process and strategies behind successful deals firsthand from some of the very best.
FIH partners will provide you with specific tools on how to build the perfect investment case for a divestment. Afterwards, you will get the chance to apply these tools on a real case and later present your findings to FIH Partners’ highly experienced M&A advisors.
We will end off the event with an online networking session with some drinks and snacks.
Agenda:
18.00-18.05: Welcome and intro.
18.05-18.30: Presentation on “Building the perfect investment case”.
18.30-19.00: Casework in breakout rooms with guidance from FIH.
19.00-19.30: Groups present their key findings.
19.30-20.00: Networking.
APPLICATION
To participate in the event, you must form a team of 2-4 members. The application must contain CVs and grade transcripts for all members and submitted at here, no later than 26th April (only one application per group is needed). FIH Partners will handpick the teams, who will be notified on 30th April 2020.
